There are only 3 oceanfront buildings at the Papakea. The “F” building is the only one that is away from the parking lots. This F BUILDING OCEANFRONT CONDO OFFERS:

• Extensively remodeled kitchen – fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
• Prime location – giving you easy access to two pools and hot tubs at the resort
• Front row seats for whale watching during whale season! More coastline views from F building

Papakea Resort is a unique property unlike any other property. The resort is famous for being the least dense resort on the west side of maui - with 11 low-rise buildings on 13 acres. It has a wide open, uncrowded feel, koi ponds, lush tropical landscaping, pools & spas, 2-18 hole putting greens and grassy sunning areas. You will truly feel relaxed here.

 

Booking Info: $17/day resort fee is payable directly to the resort (max of 10 days per 30 day stay) upon checking in at the front desk. *** Please Note: Effective July 1, 2024, the Papakea Resort Fee will be changed to $25 per night for all days of a stay. Any reservations for nights through October 31, 2024, that have been received by June 5, 2024, and are not changed thereafter, will be charged under the current policy of $17 per night for the first 10 nights of each 30-day period of the stay. ***

Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
